“The account for this company is not active.”

When attempting to log in you receive the message: “The account for this company is not active….”

Each time any user attempts to login to SiteFusion, the main server is contacted to determine which server the client should connect to. Before this information is provided, the main server checks the status of the subscription and if any issues are encountered, the message above is generated and the login fails.

This message indicates there is an issue with the credit card being used for the SiteFusion subscription.

Resolution: The account holder should login at the main website (www.sitefusion.us) using their normal SiteFusion username / password, and update the credit card information.
