I cannot upload or download files.

Our software employs several technologies to provide file lists and operations. The FTP protocol is used to upload and download files, while our web servers provide all other functionality such as renaming files, listing directories, moving files, etc. It is possible to be able to log into our software, see files, and do many other things, but still have problems with the FTP functionality.

If you are having uploading or downloading files please check the following:

  • Your network allows FTP traffic on port 26
  • You have permission to do this from the subscribing company
  • Your local firewall is not blocking FTP traffic or port 26
