The SiteFusion mobile app gives field crews, inspectors and project managers the sites and projects they work on, right on their phone. Photos, comments and whiteboards go straight into the same site and project records the office uses, so there is nothing to email, rename or re-upload when you get back.
Find The Right Site In Seconds
Search your active projects and sites by name or number, jump back to the ones you used recently, or tap "Near me" to list the closest sites using your phone's location. You can also browse active projects by market, customer and project group, the same way they are organized on the desktop.
Photos That File Themselves
Take photos with the phone's camera or choose them from the gallery. SiteFusion sizes each one to your company's photo settings, turns it upright, and adds your watermark with the date and GPS coordinates. Then it saves the photo to that site's or project's Photos folder, ready for everyone on the desktop.
Keeps Working Without A Signal
Rooftops, rural sites and basements often have no coverage. Photos are finished on the phone and wait in an upload queue until a connection returns. On Android they can even upload in the background with the app closed. A retried upload is never saved twice.
Site Details And Access Instructions On Hand
Before you climb or open a gate, check the site's details: owner, location and structure type, overall height, coordinates, gating issues and the latest comments. Read and update the site's access instructions, and add time-stamped comments from the field that the whole team sees right away.
Tasks, Lists And Files For The Project
See the project's task list with each task's status and dates, color-coded the same way as the desktop. Fill in the project's lists (checkboxes, drop-downs, dates, people and companies) during the inspection itself. Open the site and project files or your company library in the phone's own viewer.
Gallery, 360° Photos And Whiteboards
Browse the photos already on file with full-screen swipe, and look around 360° spherical photos. Sketch on a whiteboard with the same tools as the desktop, use two fingers to pinch and pan, and save the board to the site or project. Boards are kept on the phone, so you can draw even with no signal.
Secure, With The Permissions You Already Set
Users sign in with your company ID and their email. A new phone gets a one-time code by email, and users can choose to remember a trusted device. Repeated wrong codes lock the sign-in for a few minutes. Every user sees only the markets, projects, folders and actions their SiteFusion permissions allow.
