Changing your password

Step 1: From the login screen select “reset my password” [01]

Step 2: A warning dialog will appear warning you that you are about to start the process of changing your password. Press “OK” [01]

“TOOLS>OPTIONS”, or by your system administrator under “TOOLS>SYSTEM USERS”. Press “OK” (fig. 01)” width=”300″ height=”234″> Step 3: You will be notified that a verification code was sent to you. You will need this code in the next step. The verification code is sent to the email address on record for you (make sure to also check your SPAM folder), and if your mobile number and your mobile phone service provider is also saved, then it will also be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. The mobile service provider can be set under “TOOLS>OPTIONS”, or by your system administrator under “TOOLS>SYSTEM USERS”. Press “OK” [01]

Step 4: In the next screen you will change your password. In the top box, enter the verification code you received [01], in the two boxes below that [02] [03], enter in your new password. When you are finished press “OK” [04] and you are done!
